Great Pharma Online Store uses the State Air Mail (Airmail Post) with tracking parcels by tracking numbers.
All orders are processed by us Monday to Saturday, and delivered to the specified address and postcode within 10-30 days (except for some countries 45-60 days).
If you are interested in Express shipping (EMS / DHL), then we can send your parcel in this manner. To do this, contact us and we will give you information on the cost and delivery time to your country.
Your order will be processed within 2-5 working days after payment (mostly 1-3 working days).
Please note that order processing and delivery may vary during the holidays.
After that, a message and instructions with a tracking number of your parcel will be sent to your e-mail address. This tracking number is not updated immediately but after 2-5 days, depending on the workload of the post office’s warehouse.
Your package will be carefully packed to prevent any damage.
We will also take care of its successful and duty-free passing the customs.
If there are any delays or any other issues regarding your parcel, you will be notified via email.
Delivery for the whole range of goods from our online store is free.
After arrival of your package to its destination, try to pick it up within 2-3 working days. Also, be careful if you want to leave your city or country for a long time – periods storing parcels at the post office are different in each country (the approximate time 25-30 days). Therefore, making the order, you need to be sure that you can pick up your parcel within this period.
We deliver your orders from our four warehouses in Asia (Malaysia, India, Thailand and Indonesia).
For example, if you order four goods from different countries, one order will be in four different parcels, with four different tracking number, and, of course, you can get these packages at different times.
