Deripil Topical Gel 2% contains erythromycin for topical dermatological use;

it is used for infections of the skin and soft tissues (pustular skin diseases, including youthful acne, infected wounds, pressure sores, burns of the II-III stage, trophic ulcers);

erythromycin is a macrolide antibiotic obtained from a strain of Saccaropolyspora erythraea (formerly Streptomyces erythreus);

has a bacteriostatic effect, erythromycin binds to bacterial ribosomes, thereby inhibiting protein synthesis;

active against gram-positive bacteria: Staphylococcus spp. (strains producing and not producing penicillinase), Streptococcus spp. (including Streptococcus pneumoniae); gram-negative bacteria: Neisseria gonorrhoeae, Haemophilus influenzae, Bordetella pertussis, Brucella spp., Legionella spp., Bacillus anthracis, Corynebacterium diphtheriae; anaerobic bacteria: Clostridium spp .;

Composition:
erythromycin 20 mg / 1 g in gel form.
Contraindications:

hypersensitivity to gel components;

Dosage and administration
Locally 1-2 times a day on clean, dry skin or as directed by a doctor.
Side action:
